Silver Cheetahs Medal in Whitesburg

The Savannah-Chatham Silver Cheetahs traveled to the 2010 Georgia AAU District Cross Country Championships held at McIntosh Reserve Park in Whitesburg, Georgia on Saturday, November 6th. Every Cheetah athlete who competed placed within the top six in their respective events. Beginning with our Gold medalists, we have Joshua Quiller in the 10 yr old Boys 3000 M Run with a time of 14:23.21, Illyn Spann with a time of 21:42.49 in the 14 year old Girl’s 4000 M Run and Isaac Spann in the 11 year old Boys 3000 M Run with a time of 13:43.12. Earning Silver was Justus Quiller with a time of 10:53.70 in the Primary Boys 2000 M Run. We had two athletes who brought home the Bronze: Kion Hayes with a time of 10:57.80 in the Primary Boys 2000 M Run and Jeremiah Coxton-Dease with a time of 11:41.86 in the 12 year old Boys 3000 M Run. Irie Spann placed 6th in the 15-16 5000 M Run with a time of 33:36.92. The Parents, Coaches and Administrative Staff of the Savannah-Chatham Silver Cheetahs are extremely proud of our athletes for a job well done. The Silver Cheetahs offer year-round training in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor competitions.
